annual membership meeting is scheduled
for Saturday, June, 5 2010 at 12:00pm at
Chugiak Benefit Association 18606 Old
Glenn Hwy. Chugiak, AK.

The annual membership meeting was held on January 17,
2009.
Nominations were made for five
directors; Michael Curry, Kim Zello, Joshua Gibson, Linda Powers,
and Ellen Leisner. A motion by Lee Stephan seconded by Maria Coleman
was passed to elect the five nominees by unanimous consent.
An organizational
meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors was held immediately
following the Membership Meeting. The following officers were
elected: President - Michael Curry, Vice President - Ellen Leisner,
Secretary - Linda Powers, and Treasurer - Kim Zello. |
